Ocean Prime

Scheduled to open in Spring 2025 with over 15,000 square feet at Las Olas Marina.  Ocean Prime is a nationally acclaimed, dynamic seafood and steakhouse from the award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. 

Sixty Vines

Cabernet-infused burgers and dozens of wines are on tap at this Texas-raised chain, which is now under construction inside the former Cuba Libre space.  Sixty Vines is expected to debut in March 2025.

Earls Kitchen + Bar

1002 E. Las Olas Blvd.

Along with steaks, seafood and sushi, new items will include sticky Korean ribs, spicy Calabrian pasta, a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a Key Lime margarita.  The two-story Earls will feature two central bars with a rooftop indoor-outdoor patio and a dining area.

A new Mediterranean restaurant with entrees created by chef Patrick Bianco, range from creamy gorgonzola gnocchi with guanciale to Spanish-style octopus with chorizo espuma. 

Howl at the Moon

The 5,000-square-foot space will have 130 seats and offer a menu of pizza and cocktails.  Sing, dance and howl as musicians perform your favorite songs from 80’s rock, 90’s pop and today’s dance hits on pianos, guitars and more in a high-energy show.
