Ocean Prime - March 2025

Over 15,000 square feet at Las Olas Marina.  Ocean Prime is a nationally acclaimed, dynamic seafood and steakhouse that will open in Spring 2025. 

Catch & Cut - Jan 2025

1309 E. Las Olas Blvd

High-end seafood spot with stone crabs, seafood towers, sushi, and USDA prime steaks from the former executive chef of Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach.

Sixty Vines - 1Q 2025

800 E. Las Olas Blvd.

Cabernet-infused burgers and dozens of wines are on tap at this Texas-raised chain, which is now under construction inside the former Cuba Libre space.  Expected in March 2025.

Vineyard Cuisine menu features a fusion of elevated familiar dishes from Modern American favorites to European classics.

Earls Kitchen + Bar - Feb 2025

1002 E. Las Olas Blvd.

Along with steaks, seafood and sushi, new items will include sticky Korean ribs, spicy Calabrian pasta, a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a Key Lime margarita.  The two-story Earls will feature two central bars with a rooftop indoor-outdoor patio.

 

Pier Sixty-Six - Restaurants & Lounges

Calusso – (opens Jan 2) will offer a sophisticated dining experience with tableside and curated presentations of the French and Italian Rivieras.

Sotogrande – (opens Jan 10) will honor the bold flavors of southern Spain and the eastern Mediterranean, featuring sharable plates, authentic spices and a lively social atmosphere.

Garni - will be an upscale bistro-style café offering all-day brunch.  The menu blends French-inspired dishes with American classics, featuring options like crêpes, pastries, omelets with caviar, and a dessert buffet.

Nectar Room - Asian-inspired bites and artisan-crafted libations. Featuring an energetic rum bar and sake-infused cocktails.

Saltbreeze – (opens Jan 10) an indoor-outdoor family pool café will have a modern Latin-inspired menu coupled with an extensive tequila and agave spirits catalog for what’s billed as Florida’s best poolside margaritas.

Windows on 66 – (opens Jan 10) the site of the resort’s former lobby bar, will debut as an airy space with floor-to-ceiling windows serving shareable bar snacks paired with a curated selection of vodkas and gins from around the world.

Sweet 66 - will be a whimsical candy dreamland and pays tribute to the flavors of Florida with handmade confections.

Pelican Landing - casual waterfront eatery accessible by boat within the marina promenade, where guests can savor local flavors.
